
路平,讲师,硕导。2022年获得西北农林科技大学植物病理学博士学位,同年就职于浙江农林大学现代农学院,主要从事植物病原真菌致病分子机制研究。
研究领域:
通过基因组、转录组等组学探究真菌与植物互作过程中的调控机制。包括侵染过程中特异表达的可变剪接调控、可变聚腺苷酸化调控、无义介导的mRNA降解机制和lncRNA等。
