刘庆坡，博士，教授，博士生导师，美国加州大学欧文分校访问学者，为浙江省高校创新领军人才、浙江省高校中青年学科带头人、浙江省“新世纪151人才工程”人选、浙江农林大学青年拔尖人才。现担任《Journal of Genetics》期刊的Associate Editor、浙江省作物学会副理事长、浙江省生物信息学会理事、浙江省生物信息学会农林生物学专业委员会主任委员等。为国家级一流本科专业建设点、国家级一流课程、教育部新农科研究与改革实践项目负责人。曾荣获浙江省优秀教师、浙江省“三育人”先进个人、浙江农林大学“我心目中的好老师”“教坛新秀”“创新之星”“优秀共产党员”等荣誉。
一直致力于生物信息学、群体遗传学、作物逆境生理等方面的教学与科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金（3项）和浙江省自然科学基金重点项目等基金课题10多项；获浙江省自然科学学术奖2项；出版著作2部；以（共同）第一作者/通讯作者在《Nature Plants》《Molecular Biology and Evolution》等学术刊物上发表论文55篇。
